First full week of two a days

So, you know how it goes with time off etc. Well it's been the first full week of two a days:)
My body is rebelling and I just keep telling it to sit back, strap in and hang on....
The swim Sunday morning was a bit hard. I felt like I was swimming to survive instead od getting stronger. Frustration grrrrr.......
My run is improving and although I have shin pain (love those shin splints) my knee has been good. I have had some small pain in it but, nothing permanent. The BAT's on Sat. are a blast. I've really enjoyed them. This week I'm movinbg into the 1 hr:15-1 hr:30min mark.
I'll be in Seattle Thursday and Friday so I will miss my evening swim, but, the ever faithfull Martin has agreed to give me the workout so I can do it while I'm gone.
Pics to come from the Morning with Martin 2 weeks ago... forgot the camera this weekend. :( bummer. We had a good turn out and we have a full lane of Oz members that keep coming back. So, hopefully these will continue out in the Valley too.
I am so thank full for my supportive family and looking forward to the weeks ahead.

Looks whos gettin' hard core. Good work. I hope the body adapts and things get easier to tolerate. On the other hand, athletes are greedy. We adapt, then want and expect more. It's a vicious cycle.
